I am a seasoned level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist.
What I love about Internal Family Systems is that it is very gentle in its approach, and creates lasting change.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidenced based psychospiritual treatment modality. It is based on the premise that we are made up of a multiplicity of mind.
We all have a rich inner world made up of these aspects or subpersonalities—referred to as parts in IFS.
These parts of our personality shape the way we live, influence our decisions, and impact our emotions. They play different roles and have their own reasons for feeling and behaving as they do. Sometimes, when these parts get so big, they can create imbalance in your system and that’s when things can get difficult.
If you’ve found yourself on my website, you may have parts that are perfectionistic, anxious, indecisive, or depressed. Over time, these parts have helped you navigate life in an effort to survive. For example, if you struggle with indecision, you might have a part that fears making the wrong choice. In IFS, we would get to know that part of you, why it has this job, when it got it’s job, etc.
IFS offers a compassionate and creative approach to understanding and working with these parts, helping you achieve greater harmony within yourself.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure about starting therapy. Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—and you’re not sure where to turn. Or maybe life looks fine on the outside, but something inside tells you it’s time for a deeper kind of support. Therapy can be a powerful space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, reconnect with yourself, and begin to make meaningful shifts in your life.
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons: navigating anxiety or grief, unpacking relationship patterns, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. If you’re asking the question, “Would therapy help me?”—that alone is often a sign that it’s worth exploring.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that you already carry so much wisdom inside you. Therapy is about slowing down, making space, and learning to listen more deeply—to yourself, your emotions, and your needs. If you're ready to explore whether working together feels like the right fit, I’d be honored to begin that conversation with you.

When we work together, sessions are a space for you to feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment. Some days we may dive deep into past experiences; other times, we might focus on what’s happening in your life right now. We’ll move at your pace, guided by your needs. Whether you're unpacking old patterns, navigating a current challenge, or simply needing a place to breathe and reflect, I’ll be attuned to what’s coming up beneath the surface. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and flexible—because healing doesn’t always follow a straight line.
